The International Circle for Development and Peace in support of the Governments of the African Continent, abbreviated to ICDPSGAC, is a non-profit, non-political, non-governmental organization (NGO). To this end, it excludes any involvement or commitment to participate in the political activities or programs of a government or any political party.
It was founded by DOCTOR MICHEL ARCHANGE ROMARIC AKAKPO on September 09 2005 in Lyon, France, and went through a period of decline before being reorganized and restructured in South Africa in May 2020, with the help of peace-loving representatives from English, Portuguese and French speaking countries.
This NGO is recognized as a public utility under N° 506968/08/2021/CIPC of 29/03/2021 and under N°257-637/NPO of 08/04/2021 by the South African Ministry of Territorial Administration.
